The All new M2R Racing 140cc Oil Cooled 2009 Edition

The brand new M2R KX140F is the 4th generation and best speced pitbikes to come from this factory.

Useful Information:
It is very important that if you are considering a pit bike that you investigate all the pro's and con's.

The frame is the first thing to look at.
The M2R bikes use a twin spa, chromolly frame which is stronger and lighter than the stock steel ones.
It also uses a "cradle" cage which supports the engine from underneath.
The foot pegs are attached to the frame and not the engine !!
The normal single tube bikes are prone to snapping and even splitting the engines with the force of you standing on them.
These new KX 140F 4th Generation bikes now come with a new tuffer Alloy swinging arm and reinforced bushings.

Second is the suspension.
The M2R 140F Racing range come fitted with an adjustable Piggy Back rear shock fitted with a 1000lb rated spring.
This is can be tuned with the aid of the air valve and reservoir.
It will support most adult riders easily and gives very good damping in normal off road conditions.
Most pit bikes have substandard units fitted to try and save on cost, not so with these bikes.
They also use an Upside Down (usd) front fork with spring/oil damping, these are not adjustable but are very good at their job.
The 140F uses CNC alloy fork clamps to hold everything in place, properly.

Third is the engine.
The power plant in the M2R 140F is a high power " YX" 4 stroke engine with approx 14 BHP (factory specs).
This engine is the most powerful and reliable oil cooled engine available in it's class.
The gearbox is now a 4 up system which makes for quicker gear changes and no more false neutrals.
It can also be started in gear with the clutch engaged unlike a lot of other brands on the market.
They have also used a large Molkt carburetor which is needed to deliver the fuel at the rate demanded by this monster.

Fourth, power delivery.
The power is put to the ground via the rear 12" SDG wheel which is fitted with offroad motocross tyres.
The SDG wheel offers a far better build and construction than the normal wheels.
Thicker hubs, heavier gauge spokes, more spokes all add up to a winning combination.
A top quality KMC (428) chain is used to try and combat the chain stretch that the average bikes get.

Fith, controls.
The M2R Racing KX 140F uses a CNC adjustable bar riser allowing you to fine tune the rider position.
The bars are a thick walled alloy with a CNC brace and a bar pad to protect those vital parts.
Levers are a very important part and should not be over looked, the M2R range use a solid wide blade type.
Grips are made from soft Kryton rubber and are a half waffle style for added grip.
The KX 140F is the first in it's class to come standard with Hand Guards. A very use full addition to the all ready well speced bike.
