Crash Repair Service If you are struggling with the repair or setup of your model we can help! Cars and trucks: We are now able to repair, setup, upgrade or test RC cars and Trucks for electrical or mechanical faults. (not HPi though) If we can get the parts then we can fix it, at an affordable price. Helicopters: We can also test and repair Esky and Walkera helicopters. The helicopter will be fully tested, set up and flown before we send it back, the rest is up to you. Pricing Structure Labour: We will repair, service, upgrade most RC cars and trucks and also Esky and Walkera helicopters for £19.99, however there may be additional labour charges if your model is in very bad condition. We will confirm this when we return your email with our quotation. Spares: If your helicopter, car or truck needs any replacement parts these will be charged at our current prices. Return P+P: We will return the model to you by courrier for £8.50 How it works 1) First, email us at info@topoptions.com with a brief description of the make and model and the problem. Pictures may aid us in quoting without you sending the model. 2) We will then provide you with a unique job reference number and shipping address to send the model to. 3) Once we have received the model, we will do a full quotation for the work needed as per your instructions. We will then contact you for approval. If you are happy with the quotation we will then go ahead with the job and contact you for payment once the model is ready to return to you. 4) If you decide you do not want us to go ahead with the job then we will just charge you £8.50 to return the model to you by courier. Please note: We can not accept any models without job reference numbers. All models must be sent as a complete package, with the radio, battery and charger where applicable. We are not responsible for damages caused in transit. |
